Regenerative care that comes to you.
FLOREGEN coordinates in-home visits and telehealth consultations with independently licensed Florida clinicians — for shoulder, joint, hip and back pain, and IV stem cell wellness. No waiting room, and no drive home after a procedure.

What We Coordinate
Founded by patients, led by physicians. We built FLOREGEN around the clear navigation, honest answers and documented follow-up we wish we had been given during our own recoveries.
Orthopedic Pain
Coordination for shoulder, joint, hip and back pain with clinicians who treat regeneratively rather than reaching first for surgery.
IV Stem Cell Wellness
Intravenous cellular protocols, coordinated end to end — from the telehealth review through the visit and the follow-up schedule.
In-Home Visits
A Florida-licensed provider treats you at home, where you are comfortable — available across our service areas when clinically appropriate.
Telehealth Review
A licensed provider reviews your history and decides whether a service is appropriate before anything is scheduled.
Products You Can Trace
We ask the documentation questions patients rarely know to ask, and we keep the answers in writing.
Straight Answers On Cost
The initial coordination discussion is free, and you get a current written quote before you commit to anything.
How it works.
Five steps, each one written down. You always know what happens next and who is responsible for it.
Request a consultation
Call us and tell us what you are dealing with. The first coordination discussion costs nothing.
Secure intake
Health history and consent forms, completed online and kept secure.
Telehealth visit
A licensed provider reviews your history and decides whether a service is appropriate.
In-home treatment
If appropriate and available, coordination confirms next steps and the clinician comes to you.
Follow-up care
An agreed follow-up schedule, and someone who actually checks in.
A scheduling update within two business days is a target, not a guaranteed appointment.
Two accidents. Two long recoveries. One shared question.
FLOREGEN was founded by two people who had been patients first. In 2023 a serious car accident left Brooke Morrisseau — a scientist trained in biomedical science and cell physiology — facing roughly eighteen months of recovery. Eusebio Coterillo was hit head-on by a drunk driver, and what followed was twenty-two months of surgeries and recovery.
Both of them kept running into the same gap: nobody was coordinating. So FLOREGEN does that job — clear coordination with independently licensed clinicians, in patients' homes across Florida, with the product standards, honest answers and follow-up we wish we had been given.
We would rather be clear than impressive. We work inside FDA rules for human cell and tissue products (21 CFR Part 1271), Florida's stem cell therapy statutes (Fla. Stat. §458.3245 and §459.0127), written informed consent, and FTC guidance on health claims.
Serving Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Orlando, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Regenerative procedures are performed at our Fort Lauderdale location; elsewhere, care is coordinated in the home.
The people behind every visit.
Founders who have been patients themselves, a medical director, a clinical educator, and independently licensed clinicians.
Dr. Jude Acloque, MD
Oversees FLOREGEN's clinical protocols, provider supervision and patient safety. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara and completed his internship and internal medicine residency at Damas Hospital in Ponce, Puerto Rico. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Florida Atlantic University, and has served as a principal investigator in clinical research and as a medicine consultant for an inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
Florida DOH license ME133297 · Internal medicine background. His role does not automatically mean personal review of every individual proposal; the treating clinician determines the proposed plan and follow-up. His internal medicine background is not a claim of regenerative-medicine certification, and current ABIM certification is not represented here.
Brooke Morrisseau, MS
A scientist trained in biomedical science and cell physiology who co-founded FLOREGEN after her own eighteen-month recovery. She holds an MS from the University of South Florida in exercise science, with a focus on metabolism and body composition, and a BS in biomedical sciences from Keuka College.
Former Lab Operations Director at the USF Physique & Performance Enhancement Laboratory. University affiliation is not university endorsement.
Eusebio Coterillo
A lifelong entrepreneur who founded a chain of four clinics in Florida, and who knows from twenty-two months of his own recovery what patients actually need. He holds a bachelor's degree in international business relations from Florida International University and works in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
"He who serves others benefits most."
Ben Campbell, MS, CRNA
Supports education related to clinical protocols and patient communication. A CRNA since 1985, he served twenty-eight years in the U.S. Army Reserve and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. He is a graduate and clinical coordinator of USF's Advanced Pain Management Fellowship.
MS · CRNA · NSPM-C (Nonsurgical Pain Management) · FAANA. University affiliation is not university endorsement.
